Register at the Lansing Parks & Recreation office:

    102 S 2nd Street

    Hours: 8:00AM - 4:30PM, Monday - Friday

$5.00 one-time registration fee.

$10.00 replacement fee for lost pass-cards.

Must be 18 or have parent/guardian consent on file.
