Unexpected circumstances have left us in need of one additional soccer coach for our U8 age division. Without this coach, we will have to reduce the number of teams from four to three, resulting in less playing time for the children. Can you lend us a hand and volunteer as a coach? Your help would be greatly appreciated!
NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY - Ideal for those seeking coaching experience!
The requirements are that volunteers must be 18 or older, pass a background check, and sign our Coach’s Code of Ethics agreement. Coaches do not need to be associated with a participant.
We welcome coaches under the age of 18 to apply, however, a parent or guardian must meet our requirements and act as the Head Coach. This entails being present at all times to oversee the team. The High School age coach will assume the role of Assistant Coach and will be responsible for running practices and games.

The Parks & Recreation office is located on the North side of the Lansing Activity Center (108 S 2nd Street). Office Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 am until 4:30 pm.
